ClystCore was founded by Chris Baker MRICS, a highly experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a deep-rooted background in construction. Chris, who grew up in the industry and started his career working for Gleeds, worked his way up through the ranks, holding senior management positions at major national developers, including Persimmon PLC, Vistry Group PLC, and Bloor Homes. 

Drawing from the wealth of knowledge and expertise acquired during his varied and successful career, Chris established ClystCore with a clear mission: to provide a quality, professional service that clients can rely on at all times.
